On Tuesday at St Ives School,  Year 6 pupils hosted a three-course lunch for their Senior School Head teachers and local Dignitaries. They planned the menu themselves, shopped for ingredients at the local supermarket, arranged flowers, decorated the dining room and made all the food.

Everyone tucked into strawberries, feta & mint salad, followed by sun dried tomatoes, spinach & mozzarella stuffed chicken breast with new potatoes and passion fruit and lime dessert with lemon & lavender biscuits. It was delicious and the children were perfect hosts!

All their Head Teachers loved the meal and more importantly loved getting to know the girls better, ready for when they start their new schools in September.
