Going gets tough when Royal Marines visit

CCF cadets at The Leys, Cambridge, got an insight into what life in the Royal Marines is like when two members of that elite force’s Visibility Team paid a visit.

Cadets from Years 10 and 11 had their fitness and mental perseverance tested a little more than they had expected when they tried Physical Training, Royal Marine-style, then they listened to a presentation by the visitors.

Lt Richard Hill, officer in charge of the Royal Navy section of the Leys CCF, organised the visit.
